Nicole grew up in Scotland but spent a lot of her childhood in Spain, where her family moved when she was young. Living there gave her a real appreciation for different cultures and sparked her love for exploring new places. Nicole's dad is Persian, so she's always been surrounded by a mix of traditions and perspectives, which has shaped the way she connects with people. After moving back to Scotland for university, she studied Law which gave her a really structured way of thinking. During Covid, she worked for the NHS, an intense but rewarding experience—but it taught her how to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly. Nicole loves travelling and tries to prioritise world exploration whenever she can! After moving to London for her latest adventure, Nicole found herself at True where she is responsible for things running smoothly and supporting others.

How would you describe your job to a five-year-old?
I organise people’s lives when they are too busy to do it themselves.
What book, article or movie has profoundly impacted your life?
Not necessarily in a good way, but Alfred Hitchcock’s ‘The Birds’. My mum let me watch it when I was about 8 and I can without a doubt say it has scarred me for life.
